- Relationships and stakeholder management acting as an ambassador within the UK theatre industry, leading day-to-day dialogues and maintaining strong creative team and production relationships.
- Communication and inter-departmental co-operation ensuring timely and effective communication across a production and serving as the high-level point of contact for the Lead Producer, the Company, and the creative team.
- Creative standards maintenance to ensure the overall creative quality of the Production and protect the overall creative representation of the show.
- Casting by way of audition attendance and facilitation of discussion and decision making with the creative team, Lead Producer, and the Company.
- Finance oversight with regard for the long-term financial picture of the Production and maintenance of overall financial due diligence.
- HR and EDI tone setting for a workplace that is welcoming and respectful and reflective of the Lead Producer’s and the Company’s core values.
- Communications, marketing, publicity and ticketing support of the Marketing Director and relevant agencies to ensure the development and delivery of a commercial strategy.
- Special events collaboration with the Lead Producer, the Marketing Director and creative team as required to ensure that artistic integrity is preserved in any presentations.
- Reporting regularly and proactively any updates, developments and or issues to the Company and the Lead Producer.
