Playful Productions general managed Million Dollar Quartet in the West End, which ran at the Noёl Coward Theatre from 8 February 2011 – 14 January 2012. The award‐winning new musical told the electrifying story of the night in 1956 when Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins and Jerry Lee Lewis came together to make music and ended up making history, featuring over 20 of the greatest rock ’n’ roll, gospel, R&B and country hits ever written including Blue Suede Shoes, I Walk The Line, Fever, Great Balls of Fire, Hound Dog, Folsom Prison Blues and Whole Lotta Shakin’ Goin’ On.

Co-authored by Colin Escott and Floyd Mutrux, with music direction and arrangements by Chuck Mead, the production was directed by Eric Schaeffer and Floyd Mutrux. Set design was by Derek McLane, costume design by Jane Greenwood, lighting design by Howell Binkley, sound design by Kai Harada and casting by Pippa Ailion CDG.

Million Dollar Quartet was produced by Relevant Theatricals, John Cossette Productions, American Pop Anthology, John Gore, Thomas B. McGrath, James L. Nederlander and Joseph Smith and Michael McCabe.
